Questions we hear first
We already have Microsoft 365. Why do we need help?
Most organizations use a fraction of what they pay for. Licensing is not adoption. We configure, govern and train so Teams, SharePoint, Power BI and Copilot become how work gets done — not icons nobody opens.
Is AI realistic for a small company in North Macedonia?
Yes, if it starts with a concrete process — not with "AI". Drafting documents, summarizing, answering internal questions, automating approvals. We identify the two or three use cases with real payback and implement those first.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A discovery assessment takes one to two weeks. Focused implementations — a Power BI reporting model, a Copilot rollout, an automated process — typically run four to twelve weeks. Strategy and roadmap work is scoped per organization.
Do you work outside Skopje?
Yes. We work across North Macedonia and remotely with clients in the region and internationally. Workshops can be on-site or online.
