Questions we hear first
How is this different from calling an IT technician when something breaks?
A technician fixes problems after they happen. We prevent them: your systems are maintained, backed up and documented every month, for a fixed fee — and you always know who to call.
Do we need to use Microsoft 365?
The plans are built around Microsoft 365, the standard for small companies. If you use something else, the free assessment will show whether it makes sense to keep it or to move.
What if we need something that is not in the plan?
Projects such as a new report, an automation or a training are offered separately, with a fixed price agreed before we start. Plan clients get priority.
Can you train our staff?
Yes — on demand. From a one-hour session for a new employee to a workshop for the whole team, on-site or online, in Macedonian or English. Topics range from Microsoft 365 basics and security awareness to Power BI and Copilot.
Who has access to our data?
Your data stays in your own systems and remains yours. We use only the administrative access needed to do the work, and it can be reviewed or removed at any time.
Do you work outside Skopje?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so we support companies across North Macedonia. On-site visits are arranged when needed.
